Bill legalizing ticket scalping splits fans, brokers, and venues at MSU

The average sports and entertainment fan would be able to sell a few unused tickets under a bill in the Michigan senate legalizing the resale of tickets above face value. Season ticket holders at Michigan State University are pleased a repeal of the 1931 law banning ticket sales is finally moving forward. However, representatives of venues, stadiums, and arenas at MSU are attempting to stop the bill from becoming signed into law.
