Rick’s, Riv to reopen after court ruling

Rick’s American Café is the latest bar in East Lansing to reopen its doors amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Rick’s will open on Wednesday night with a limited capacity for the first time since closing in March. The dance floor will be covered with tables and chairs. Lines will be prohibited and customers will have to reserve their spots using the LineLeap app. The Riv will reopen Thursday at 4 p.m. using the same app.Â
