While most students were drinking green beer, Christine Webb and her Husband Rex spent the night watching all the festivities from the bay window at Panchero’s on Grand River Ave.
Christine says she hasn’t missed Halloween or St. Patrick’s Day at MSU watching people since her freshman year, since Christine is a grad student, the holiday has become a tradition.
