Parking is always a hot button issue in East Lansing. These rates may increase to 10 cents per hour due to needed repairs for the Grove Street and Division Street ramps. All ramps and parking lots in Downtown East Lansing will be affected by this price rate. City Council will decide if to increase these rates.
