Miriam Bingham is a current sophomore double majoring in Journalism and Political Science at Michigan State University. Bingham was born and raised in Flint, MI. Growing up, she spent time with her dad watching different news channels. She also spent her time participating in student government and student council. From there, she fell in love with leadership roles and being able to communicate with different individuals throughout high school. Currently, Bingham is working toward her Bachelor's degree to enhance her skills and improve her connections. Bingham wants to be able to use her voice to inform those in her community.
Due to increased COVID-19 cases and the number of students quarantined at Kettering and Mott, high school students will return to remote learning effective March 19, after weeks of in-person learning.
