After being canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Izzone campout has made its return.
This year’s campout was the first campout back outdoors since 2018 after the 2019 campout was moved inside the Breslin center due to weather.
Students were excited to be back, which showed with the record-breaking 5,000 students that bought an Izzone membership.
MSU senior Tyler Herman hasn’t been to a campout since his freshman year.
“I’m just excited to be back out here with my friends and the rest of the Izzone,” Herman said.
The campout was filled with activities, including a fireworks show and meeting the team.
