Home buyers in Mason now have more choices. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has opened an office in the heart of Mason.

The new office is on the town square across from the courthouse. There are three branches in the area and the Mason location is one of the newer branches opened.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the office has not been opened to the public yet, but agents have been working from the office since January. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set to take place this year as more restrictions are eased. The business will make its public debut in the Mason Spring Fling event on May 1.

Realtor and manager Lauren Flannery said “This is the first Howard Hanna in Mason. They are more locally known in the Ann Arbor and Jackson area, but has now opened a new office in Mason, but also soon to be in Williamston as well.”

The office in Mason, is franchised by Tracey Hernly who is based in Holt. She has been making deals within the city such as the Corrigan Oil Speedway deal which is set to open later this spring for racing after a year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Work has already taken place with many homes being shown via Zoom from the new office.

“There are three to four agents in there right now, it’s a drop-in style office and all her agents in her company can stop in there and work and we’ve been selling a lot lately because it’s that type of year.” said Flannery.

Hernly said  the Mason office is to be a satellite location for the main location in Holt.

“We have agents that are in and out of the office. In a sense, our offices are kind of like a coffee shop kind of setting. We have closing rooms in all of our offices and they’re  drop in space and they’re  good workspaces as well.” said Hernly.

Hernly said, “We have three offices, and this is a new brand that we brought into the Greater Lansing area. All of our Realtors are pretty seasoned, most of them come with years of experience and come to help to open a new brand here and it’s super exciting.”

Hernly and Flannery said  the business only advocates for the community and will do anything to give back to their community.

More information about houses being sold within the Greater Lansing area can be found at the Howard Hanna website. The office is located at 100 E. Ash St. in downtown Mason.
