Trump supporters who were attending the Donald Trump, Jr. rally enter the ballroom while protesters begin a chant of “immigrants make America great”.
Trump supporters, many wearing “Make America Great Again” hats, stood in line to enter the ballroom and see Trump, Jr. speak, their backs to the protesters.

Just as the rally was beginning, the protesters moved towards the doors, intending to enter the ballroom. The organizers and police closed the doors in response and asked the protesters to move back.
As the rally in the ballroom continued, members of the protest tried to listen in and hear what Trump, Jr. was saying. After hearing a chant of “Build the Wall”, they responded with chants of “Build Bridges, Not Walls”.

As the rally for Trump, Jr. ended, some attendees began to gather behind the protesters. The protesters responded by turning around and chanting “build bridges, not walls” at them instead of at the ballroom doors.
