We might be in the midst of football season, but for one night at least, it was all about Spartan basketball.
And fans, students and alumni poured into the Breslin to see what surprises were in store for this year’s Midnight Madness
From the band, to the cheerleaders, and of course, there was Sparty. There was no denying the energy and excitement building up to the team and Coach Tom Izzo’s big entrance.
And boy, what an entrance it was.
“Oh it was awesome,” said Mackenzie Sims, an MSU junior. “All of the lights and fireworks, it was something else.”
