Customers enjoy their food and conversation at the eclectically decorated Theio’s Restaurant. The restaurant has been around since the late ‘70s.

Located at 2659 E. Michigan Ave. is Theio’s Restaurant.  With low prices, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service and breakfast all day, it appeals to many different customers.

The dim yet warm lighting in the main restaurant area gives the place a cozy feeling. Theio’s Restaurant also offers an indoor patio where guests can sit all year round. The walls are covered with Michigan memorabilia such as license plates, street signs and Michigan State logos.

Patrick Donlin, a Lansing resident and regular Theio’s Restaurant customer said he couldn’t get enough of the place.

“The food at Theio’s is absolutely fantastic. I love that they have reasonable price and are open all the time,” Donlin said. “I find it a nice place to go with friends for a casual get-together.”

Theio’s Restaurant is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The restaurant is closed on major holidays.

A platter of fries and a Philly beef and cheese sandwich can be bought for only $6.99 at Theio’s Restaurant. “It is the best Philly I’ve ever had outside of Philadelphia,” frequent customer Patrick Donlin said.

Theio’s Restaurant customers are given the choice to sit on an indoor patio or the main restaurant area. Those who choose the patio get a nice view of Michigan Avenue.
