Since 2009, CATA has been looking for a way to better transportation along the Michigan-Grand River Corridor (Route 1). It goes from the Capitol building all the way to Meridian Mall and is the busiest corridor in Mid-Michigan. They have decided to go with form of mass transit call “Bus Rapid Transit”.
