East Lansing Chocolate Party

The MSU Museum, at the Kellogg Center, held its 21st Annual Chocolate Party. The party was put on as a benefit to help preserve the collections of the MSU Museum. People from all over the Lansing area joined in the fun by sampling all different chocolate creations. The Chocolate Party is one of the few professional culinary events in the country open to the general public. Local bakeries, such as Bake N’ Cakes and Cookies by Design, attended the event to promote their tasty treats. At this year’s party, culinary students competed to create masterpieces entirely made of chocolate.
