With the constant change in Michigan weather, the roads are difficult to maintain. Managing director of the Ingham County Road Department Bill Conklin talks about the struggles of maintaining the roads, uses of salt in the winter season and what plans the county has for roads in the future. Along with that, Michigan State students and professors talk about what they see as the most important part of the roads and what they hope the ICRD will change.
