Transportation should be the last obstacle that comes between you and casting your ballot. Voter precincts will be closing at 8pm in Michigan. With less than an hour left to make sure your voice is heard getting to the polls is more important than ever. With many locations to vote in the community voters, like Jasmine Constanzo, have walked to polls.

Biking, walking and even skateboarding have been a common sight at poll sites in the Lansing area but with the frigid cold this may be a challenge for some. If you live in the Lansing, East Lansing and Okemos CATA bus service is providing free transportation to poll locations with a voter registration card.

No matter how you get there, make sure you do. Being heard is just one free bus ride away.
