Brody Cafeteria is open for business! When originally built in the 1950s, Brody was the largest non-military cafeteria in the country, but a few years ago, it was decided that an upgrade was needed. The $20 million project took a year and a half to finish and has been completely remodeled and renovated bringing it into the 21st century.
Brody has gone from a traditional cafeteria setup to having many different stations similar to The Gallery cafeteria at Snyder-Phillips. However, there are some new additions like Homestyle, Boiling Point, and even a sushi station.
